CAM the Ram has been a Colorado State University
tradition for more than 50 years.
In 1947, the student body of Colorado Agricultural and Mechanical
College voted to make a ram named CAM the school's official mascot.
Today, CAM remains the most recognizable ambassador of Colorado
State University - serving as a reminder of our rich agricultural heritage.

Ram Handlers
CAM the Ram on MyCSU
The Alumni Association is responsible for CAM and the Ram Handler program. The Ram Handlers are a team of students who escort CAM to a variety of events and functions as well as oversee his care and training.
