The Iris & Michael Smith Alumni Center features a variety of premium spaces for your next event, meeting, or special function in a variety of sizes. Spaces are available to alumni, University departments, and the general public. See below for detailed venue descriptions and pricing.

Please note: requesting a space does not guarantee you that day and time. Alumni staff will confirm that with you after the submission has been reviewed.

Rates: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. *

Before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m., add $75 per hour. * Excluding University holidays.

  • Room rental with standard set-up/tear down
  • Use of in-house furniture and equipment: tables, chairs, staging, podium, easels
