Rams Football Game Day Events
Alumni Tailgates
It wouldn’t be game day without a tailgate! We’ve got you covered at both home and away games. Four hours prior to home games, you’ll find all of the pregame fun, including food and drinks for purchase, photos with CAM, games on the big screens, and more, at the Ram Walk Tailgate and inside the Iris & Michael Smith Alumni Center. When we hit the road, we bring it all with us for tailgates 2.5 hours before kickoff at most away games.
Ram Rallies
In addition to our away game tailgates, we like to start the party early when we’re on the road! Join fellow Rams fans, alumni, parents, and friends for Ram Rallies hosted by the Alumni Association the night before away football games. We’ll find a local hot spot to flaunt our green and gold and make sure every opponent knows Ram Pride has come to town! These rallies are a great opportunity to network with fellow Rams in the area even if you’re not planning to attend the game.
Watch Parties
Watch your Rams with fellow Rams across the nation! This year, you’ll be able to catch away games here in Fort Collins. In addition, our Ram Networks host watch parties throughout the season in cities across the country. Dig out your green and gold, meet fellow Rams fans in your area, and let the Ram Pride fly at a watch party near you. Find a watch party near you!

Game Day Experience
Ram Walk Tailgate
On all home game days, the Ram Walk Tailgate will open to the public four hours before kickoff on the north side of Canvas Stadium. The tailgate offers easy access to Ram Town, music, TVs showing national games, as well as food, beer, and wine for purchase. The tailgate is hosted by the Alumni Association and CSU Athletics.
Iris & Michael Smith Alumni Center
Also opening four hours before kickoff, the Iris & Michael Smith Alumni Center offers college football games on a giant video wall, CSU stories on interactive touch screens, and photo ops with CAM the Ram. Beer, wine, and food are available for purchase and the stadium’s clear bag policy is in effect. The alumni center closes 30 minutes prior to kickoff, just in time for the ringing of the Old Main Bell at the Jim and Nadine Henry Family Tower outside the main entrance.
