The deadline to order online is February 28, 2025. Please visit us at Grad Fest for on-site sales of all regalia items; April 16 – 18, and final distribution May 15 – 16.

- Regalia will not be shipped. Graduates must pick up their cap, gown, and tassel. Hoods are for masters and doctorate only.
- Cap, gown, hood, and tassel is not a rental; the package is kept by the graduate. No returns.
- Regalia distribution will take place at Grad Fest in the Iris & Michael Smith Alumni Center on the following days:
- Wednesday, April 16; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Thursday, April 17; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Friday, April 18; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Final regalia distribution will take place in the Iris and Michael Smith Alumni Center on the following days:
- Thursday, May 15; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Students/graduates who are interested in regalia packages only (no Alumni Association membership or benefits through the Grad Pack), please visit our partner Jostens onsite at Grad Fest to purchase regalia packages and additional regalia and keepsake items. Onsite regalia pricing: Bachelors cap, gown and tassel $75; Masters cap, gown, hood and tassel $105; Doctorate tam, gown, hood and tassel $125

- A portion of your Grad Pack purchase is considered a donation to CSU and will be credited as such to the individual making the purchase.
- For Colorado Grad Packs, the license plate certificate is provided, which must be presented to the DMV for actual plates. Additional fees apply.
Regalia Assistance Program
The purpose of this program is for Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate students graduating in May 2025, who would not walk in Commencement because of the cost of regalia, may apply for assistance with purchasing their regalia through the CSU Alumni Association. Availability is very limited in supply and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis for those in the most need. Applications will be accepted while supplies last. There is a cost associated with this program the student will pay. Please note the application deadline for regalia assistance has passed for spring 2025.
