Rams always take care of Rams. Come together with fellow Rams and make a much-needed impact on our Colorado State University community. A gift to Ram Aid can help provide much-needed relief to students and families, and many more, as we help them navigate these uncertain times.
CAM’s Kids Corner
Add a little Ram Pride to your at-home curriculum with these fun activities for kids! You’ll find everything from Little Shop of Physics experiments and science videos, to CAM’s coloring book, CSU Extension (4-H) resources, and even a Flat CAM cut-out to take along on all of those close to home adventures the little ones in your life are dreaming up.
Flat CAM
Do you remember Flat Stanley? Well, this is the same concept, except it’s the mascot everyone knows and loves – CAM the Ram – ready to tag along with you and your kids! Cut along the dotted line to bring Flat CAM to life, then take him on an adventure and share what he’s up to on social using #CSUFlatCAM and tagging the Alumni Association.
CAM’s Coloring Book
CSU-inspired coloring sheets for the kids in your life! From athletics, to the marching band, and even our beloved Oval, you might find yourself wanting to do some coloring of your own. Share your masterpieces with us on social, just be sure to tag the Alumni Association.
Temple Grandin Read-a-Loud
A professor of animal science at Colorado State and world-renowned animal behavior consultant in the livestock industry and autism spokesperson, our very own Temple Grandin reads aloud one of her inspiring children’s books, Temple Did It, and I Can, Too! Seven Simple Life Rules. The video makes a fun and useful addition to online classrooms for parents, guardians, and educators.
Temple Did It is just one of many of Grandin’s children’s books. Others include, Calling All Minds: How to Think and Create like an Inventor and How to Build a Hug. Grandin’s work can be purchased from Amazon, the Tattered Cover Bookstore (Denver), Old Firehouse Books (Fort Collins), and Barnes & Noble.
